The notice clearly states that around core areas such as digital power grid, advanced nuclear energy, photovoltaics, natural gas, comprehensive energy, and near zero carbon technology, for projects supported by national, provincial, and municipal science and technology plans, science and technology awards, and innovation and entrepreneurship competitions won by various innovative entities in the area, matching support will be provided according to the received funding from the higher-level supervisory department, and 100% up to 5 million yuan of supporting funding will be provided to national level entities; Provide 70% of the supporting funds up to 3 million yuan to the provincial level; Provide 50% and up to 2 million yuan of supporting funds to the municipal level.

Part 1 Energy Storage Project Support

Encourage the construction of high safety, high reliability, and long-life energy storage projects in Futian District. Based on the proportion of energy-saving supermarket procurement, electrochemical energy storage projects that have been connected to the grid and have actually invested more than 1 million yuan will be supported up to 0.5 yuan/kilowatt hour according to the actual discharge amount. The support period for each project is 3 years, and the support for the same project does not exceed 2 million yuan. For other energy storage projects such as ice storage and water storage, combined with the proportion of energy-saving supermarket procurement, a one-time support of up to 2 million yuan will be given within 20% of the actual construction investment of the project.

Part 2 Optical Storage Direct Flexible Project Support

Support enterprises to carry out the construction of optical storage and flexible projects in Futian District. For optical storage and flexible projects that have completed grid connection and passed acceptance with an actual investment of more than 2 million yuan and a DC load/total load of ≥ 10%, combined with the proportion of energy-saving supermarket procurement, a maximum of 5 million yuan will be provided in a lump sum based on the actual construction investment of less than 20% of the project. In addition, "New Energy Distributed Photovoltaic Project Support", "New Energy Energy Storage Project Support", and "New Energy Solar Storage Direct Flexible Project Support" are not limited by the comprehensive contribution of the enterprise in Futian in the previous year.
